摘要
回顾了我国离心式制冷机组市场,特别是国内自主品牌的发展历程。总结了近20年来离心式制冷机组主要能效提升技术的发展,包括永磁电动机及变频驱动、磁/气悬浮轴承、气动效率提升等。从中压制冷剂、负压制冷剂、自然工质等不同路径分析了环保制冷剂应用的发展趋势。在“双碳”战略背景下,展望了离心式制冷机组在光伏直驱空调系统、高温热泵等领域的应用前景。
This paper reviews the development process of the centrifugal chiller market,especially the domestic brands in China.The developments of main energy efficiency improvement technologies of centrifugal chillers over the past 20 years are summarized,including permanent magnet motor and frequency conversion drive,magnetic or air suspension bearing,aerodynamic efficiency enhancement of compressors,etc.The application trends of environmentally friendly refrigerants are analysed from different paths,such as medium pressure refrigerant,negative pressure refrigerant and natural refrigerant.Under the background of double-carbon strategy,the application prospects of centrifugal chillers in photovoltaic direct drive air conditioning systems and high temperature heat pumps are prospected.
