摘要 联通哈尔滨云数据中心投产初期因数据机房负载低,无法按原设计回收热能,只能使用电锅炉辅助供暖,导致能耗大幅增加。针对该问题,本文通过分析运行数据,在不影响原设计的基础上,提出改造制冷系统管路的解决方案。改造方案实施后,实现了机房低负载下热能的回收,达到了节能目标,降低了运行成本。 In the early stage of operation,due to the low load in the data room,China Unicom Harbin Cloud Data Center can not recover heat energy according to the original design,and can only use electric boilers for auxiliary heating,resulting in a significant increase in energy consumption.In view of this problem,this paper analyses the operating data and proposes a solution to modify the pipeline of the refrigeration system without affecting the original design.After the implementation of the renovation plan,the recovery of heat energy under low load in the data room is realized,the energy saving target is achieved,and the operating cost is reduced.
