Research on the Four-cycle Model Patent Service System in University Libraries

高校图书馆开展专利服务并探索研究具有创新性和可操作性的专利服务模式对高校、区域乃至国家都具有较强的现实意义和实用价值。文章针对当前高校图书馆专利服务中存在的问题,提出基于四螺旋理论的协同式专利服务模式以及专利服务体系,以图书馆服务为纽带将科研决策者、科研创新者、技术转化者的辅助支撑融为一体,创造多方协同参与的新型服务模式,形成高效协同的专利服务共同体,拓展图书馆专利服务的广度和深度,提升高校知识产权信息服务的质量和内涵。

Providing patent service and exploring innovative and operable patent service modes in university libraries is of great practical significance and value to universities,regions and even the country.To solve the existing problems of current patent service in university libraries,this paper proposes the patent service mode and patent service union based on the four-cycle model.It is proposed that university libraries should connect the support from scientific research decision makers,scientific research innovators and technology converters by using library service as a bridge,create a new collaborative service mode involving participation of multiple parties,form an efficient and collaborative patent service community,expand the breadth and depth of library patent service,and improve the quality and connotation of intellectual property information service in universities.
