摘要
通过试验研究对比了不同类型的PVC树脂、增塑剂、填料及增韧剂对PVC防水卷材力学性能、热老化性能和接缝剥离强度的影响。结果表明,选用乙烯法PVC树脂、对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)+环氧大豆油(ESO)作为增塑剂、重钙作为填料、丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(ACR)作为增韧剂制得的PVC均质片综合性能更优异、性价比更高。
The effects of different types of PVC resins,plasticizers,fillers and flexibilities on the mechanical properties,thermal aging properties and joint peeling strength of PVC waterproofing membrane are compared through experimental studies.The results show that the PVC homogeneous sheets prepared with PVC resin of ethylene method,DOTP+ESO as plasticizer,heavy calcium as filler and butyl acrylate methyl methacrylate copolymer(ACR)as flexibility have better comprehensive performance and higher cost performance.
