摘要
介绍了一种在改性沥青防水卷材进口成型线中成功应用的数字化张力测量系统。该系统从硬件和软件两方面着手,通过电气原理设计、传感器选型、机构设计、自动化软件编程设计,经电控、机械配套安装,再到整个系统联动调试和优化,实现了成型线关键环节张力的数字化、可视化,具有安装、调试和维护方便,性价比高等特点。
This paper introduces a digital tension measuring system which has been successfully applied in the imported production line for modified bitumen waterproofing membrane.Starting from the aspects of hardware and software such as electrical principle design,sensor selection,mechanism design,automatic software programming,this system realizes the digitalization and visualization of the tensions of the key points of the production line after the electrical and mechanical installation,interlinked debugging,and optimization of the whole system.It has the characteristics of convenient installation,debugging and maintenance,and high cost performance.
