自粘TPO防水卷材在混凝土屋面上的应用研究

Research on the Application of Self-adhesive TPO Waterproofing Membrane on Concrete Roof

自粘TPO防水卷材在混凝土屋面上应用时,影响防水质量的关键因素主要有防水卷材和基层的粘结剥离强度以及卷材与卷材之间的搭接剥离强度。本文通过模拟现场应用,对比了自粘TPO防水卷材在不同基层和不同基层处理情况下的粘结情况,以及胶粘膜和胶粘胶搭接方式在不同条件下的搭接剥离强度,为实际施工提供参考。

When self-adhesive TPO waterproofing membrane is applied on concrete roof,the key factors affecting its waterproofing quality are mainly the peel strength of the waterproofing membrane and the substrate,and the peel strength between the membrane overlaps.By simulating field application,this paper compares the bonding performance of self-adhesive TPO waterproofing membrane with different substrates and under different treatment conditions of the substrate,as well as the bonding peel strength of the membrane overlaps of adhesive to film,and adhesive to adhesive respectively under different conditions,so as to find out the optimal application mode and provide reference for actual construction.
