摘要
介绍了建筑渗漏司法鉴定的含义、类型、流程与方法,并以住宅用水区域渗漏水、地下室渗漏水这两个鉴定项目为例,分析了无损检测、有损检测及综合分析法在鉴定中的应用。案例表明,需采用多种检测技术并综合分析才能得出准确的鉴定意见。
This paper introduces the meaning,type,process and method of the judicial identification for building leakage.Taking the two identification projects of residential water using area leakage and basement leakage as examples,it analyzes the application of nondestructive testing,destructive testing and comprehensive analysis in the identification.The cases show that the variety of detection technologies and comprehensive analysis are required to obtain accurate identification opinions.
