区域旅游产业结构优化的影响因素与组态路径——基于面板回归与fsQCA的分析

Influencing Factors and Configuration Path of Regional Tourism Industrial Structure Optimization in China Based on Panel Regression and fsQCA

结构优化与转型升级是产业高质量发展的本质要求,旅游产业结构优化对于引导旅游新需求、拉动旅游新消费、促进旅游新增长具有重要意义。根据旅游产业结构优化理论内涵,构建涵盖合理化、高级化、生态化的旅游产业结构优化评价指标体系,利用熵权法对2000—2019年中国东部、中部、西部地区旅游产业结构优化水平进行测度,运用面板回归模型与模糊集定性比较分析法(fsQCA)探讨三大区域旅游产业结构优化的影响因素与组态路径。结果表明:中国区域旅游产业结构优化水平呈波动提升态势,表现出由东部地区向中部、西部地区递减的发展格局;要素禀赋与技术禀赋对区域旅游产业结构优化具有显著影响,其中旅游人力资本、旅游需求、地区经济发展、环境规制强度、信息化水平与技术创新发挥促进作用;旅游需求投资开放型、旅游需求环境规制型、要素禀赋信息开放创新型等组态是实现中国区域旅游产业结构优化的有效路径。

Structural optimization,transformation and upgrading are the essential requirements of high-quality development of regional industries.The optimization of tourism industrial structure is of great significance in guiding new tourism demand,stimulating new tourism consumption and promoting new tourism growth.According to the connotation of tourism industrial structure optimization,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of tourism industrial structure optimization covering rationalization,advancement and ecology,measures the level of tourism industrial structure optimization in eastern,central and western China from 2000 to 2019 by using the entropy weight method,and discusses the influencing factors and configuration path of tourism industrial structure optimization in the three regions by adopting the panel regression model and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method.It is found that:(1)the level of China’s regional tourism industry structure optimization shows a fluctuating and increasing trend,which is manifested in a decreasing development pattern from the eastern region to the central and western regions;(2)factors and technology have a significant impact on the optimization of regional tourism industrial structure,in which the tourism human capital,tourism demand,regional economic development,environmental regulations,information level and technological innovation play a promoting role;(3)the configurations such as tourism demand investment opening,tourism demand environmental regulation,and information opening and innovation is an effective way to realize the optimization of China’s regional tourism industrial structure.
