摘要
设计了一种用于升降装置的多级缸同步升降液压回路,采用AMESim建立了回路仿真模型,并对同步精度进行了仿真验证,同时搭建了实物试验平台并进行了试验验证。结果表明,回路设计正确,同步控制策略效果良好,能够满足升降装置使用要求。
A synchronous lifting hydraulic circuit with multistage cylinder is designed for a lifting mechanism.To verify the synchronous accuracy,a simulation model based on AMESim and a physical testing platform based on products are set up.It carries out simulation analysis and physical test.The results show that the design of the hydraulic circuit is reasonable and the synchronous control strategy is effective.
