摘要
该文在分析旋挖钻机动力头工作原理的基础上探讨了旋挖钻机在复杂地质条件下施工时动力头抖动的成因,主要是由于负载敏感变量泵的排量变化滞后于马达需求流量,从而导致马达憋压和吸空引起冲击和抖动。基于冲击和抖动产生的原因提出了改进方案,并对改进前后旋挖钻机实际工作过程进行了测试和分析。实际测试结果表明经过改进后冲击幅度显著降低,并且动力头抖动幅度和频率显著改善。
Based on the analysis of the working principle of the power head of the rotary drilling rig,this paper discusses the causes of the vibration of the power head of the rotary drilling rig during construction under complex geological conditions.It is mainly because the displacement change of the load sensitive variable displacement pump lags behind the motor demand flow,which leads to the shock and jitter caused by the pressure holding and air suction of the motor.Based on the reason of impact and shaking,the improvement scheme is put forward,and the actual working process of the rotary drilling rig before and after the improvement is tested and analyzed.The actual test results show that after improvement,the impact amplitude is significantly reduced,and the jitter amplitude and frequency of the power head are significantly improved.
