摘要
对不同形状尺寸的减速带进行频谱分析,研究其对通过车辆振动的影响。通过对车辆二自由度模型中振动频率响应函数和减速带对通过车辆作用的时间频谱函数的乘积进行逆傅里叶变换,得出车辆振动与时间关系的瞬态解。减速带的宽度影响其空间频带宽窄,宽度增加,频带变窄;车速大小影响减速带对通过车辆作用的时间频谱分布,车速增大,高频成分增加;车辆通过减速带时车身加速度正向峰值与车速关系曲线存在极大值,车轮加速度较大正向峰值出现两次,第一个正向峰值随车速增大而增大,第二个正向峰值与车速关系曲线存在极大值。
The frequency spectrums of deceleration belts with different shapes and sizes are analyzed,and their influence on the vibration of passing vehicles is studied.Through the inverse Fourier transformation of the product of the vibration frequency response function and the time spectrum function acting on the vehicle in the 2-DOF vehicle model,the transient solution of the relationship between vehicle vibration and time is obtained.The results show that the length of the deceleration belt has influence on the width of the spatial frequency band,i.e.the frequency band narrows with the increasing of the deceleration belt width;the vehicle ′ s speed has the influence on the time spectrum distribution of the effect of the deceleration belt to the passing vehicle,i.e.the amount of high frequency components increases with the increasing of the vehicle ′ s speed.When the vehicle passes through the deceleration belt,there is a maximum value in the relation curve between the positive peak value of body acceleration and vehicle speed,and there are two large positive peak values of wheel acceleration,the first positive peak value increases with the increase of vehicle speed,and the second positive peak value has a maximum value in the relationship curve vs.vehicle speed.
