H-ras、ERK1和Ki-67在鼠口腔癌变黏膜中的表达

摘要 目的检测鼠口腔黏膜癌变组织、增生组织和正常组织中H-ras、ERK1和Ki-67的表达,初步探讨H-ras、ERK1和Ki-67在鼠肿瘤发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测鼠口腔正常黏膜(15例)、增生黏膜(26例)和癌变黏膜(28例)中H-ras、ERK1和Ki-67的表达。结果H-ras、ERK1和Ki-67蛋白在鼠口腔正常黏膜中不表达或微表达,在异常增生黏膜和癌黏膜中表达依次增高,3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经spearman相关性分析,H-ras、ERK1和Ki-67蛋白染色强度与细胞增殖程度相关(P<0.05)。H-ras、ERK1和Ki-67蛋白水平呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论H-ras、ERK1和Ki-67蛋白在鼠口腔癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。 Objective To detect the expression of H-ras,ERK1 and Ki-67 in mouse oral cancer,hyperplastic tissue and normal tissue.To find the role of H-ras,ERK1 and Ki-67 in tumorigenesis and development in mouse oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The expressions of H-ras、ERK1 and Ki-67 in mouse oral normal mucosa(15 cases),mucosal hyperplasia(26 cases),cancer mucosa(28 cases)were detected using immunohistochemistry.Results H-ras,ERK1 and Ki-67 protein in oral normal mucosa or no expression in the micro-expression,and mucosal dysplasia in the mucosa of oral cancer were increased,the difference between the three groups was statistical difference(P<0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the staining intensity of H-ras,ERK1 and Ki-67 protein was correlated with the degree of cell proliferation(P<0.05).The protein levels of H-ras,ERK1 and Ki-67 were positively correlated(P<0.01).Conclusion H-ras,ERK1 and Ki-67 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of mouse oral cancer.
