Hand Hygiene Compliance of Medical Staff in Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province

目的分析河南省洛阳正骨医院医疗人员手卫生依从性现状。方法收集2021年1—5月河南省洛阳正骨医院的医疗人员手卫生依从性数据并进行分析。结果医疗人员临床自查手卫生依从性高于盲查(P<0.05)。医疗人员手卫生依从性由高到低排序为护理人员、医生、影像技术人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非手术科室医护人员手卫生依从率低于手术科室医护人员(P<0.05)。医疗人员在接触患者体液血液后和无菌操作前手卫生依从率较高,接触患者和周围环境后手卫生依从性较低,尤其在接触患者前,各个手卫生时机依从率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论河南省洛阳正骨医院医疗人员手卫生依从性整体偏低,且不同科室、医疗人员、手卫生时机的手卫生依从性不同。

Objective To analyze the current situation of hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province.Methods The hand hygiene compliance data of medical personnel in Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province from January to May of 2021 were collected and analyzed.Results The compliance of hand hygiene of medical staff in clinical self inspection was higher than that in blind inspection(P<0.05).The hand hygiene rate of medical staff was ranked as nursing staff,doctors and imaging technicians from high to low,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The compliance rate of hand hygiene of medical staff in non operating departments was lower than that in operating departments(P<0.05).The compliance rate of hand hygiene of medical personnel after contacting patients’body fluids and blood and before aseptic operation was high,while the compliance rate of hand hygiene of patients and surrounding environment was low,especially before contacting patients,the compliance rate of each hand hygiene opportunity was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The compliance of hand hygiene of medical staff in Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province is generally low,and the compliance of hand hygiene of different departments,medical staff and hand hygiene opportunities is different.
