沙库巴曲缬沙坦与盐酸贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的效果比较

Efficacy Comparison of Sacubitril Valsartan and Benazepril Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的比较沙库巴曲缬沙坦与盐酸贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的效果。方法选取河南省胸科医院2019年6月至2021年9月收治的96例CHF患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和研究组,各48例。常规组接受盐酸贝那普利治疗;研究组接受沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗。对比两组疗效、6分钟步行试验(6MWT)、心功能[左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)]、神经内分泌因子[基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)、Periostin蛋白、脑钠肽(BNP)、N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)]及不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组6MWT距离远于常规组,LVESD、LVEDD低于常规组,LVEF高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组Periostin蛋白、MMP-9、NT-proBNP、BNP低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗CHF效果优于盐酸贝那普利,能抑制心室重构,改善心功能,促进血管内皮功能修复。

Objective To compare the efficacy of sarkubatrox valsartan and benazepril hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 96 CHF patients admitted to Henan Provincial Chest Hospital from June 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects,randomized number table method was used to divide the patients into routine group and research group,48 cases in each group.The routine group received benazepril hydrochloride treatment,the study group received the treatment of sakubatrox valsartan.The efficacy,6-minute walking test(6MWT),cardiac function[left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)],neuroendocrine factors[matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-9),Periostin protein,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the distance of 6MWT in the study group was further than that in the routine group,LVESD and LVEDD were lower than those in the routine group,LVEF was higher than that in routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Periostin protein,MMP-9,NT-proBNP and BNP in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of sakubactro valsartan on CHF is better than benazepril hydrochloride,it can inhibit ventricular remodeling,improve heart function and promote the repair of vascular endothelial function.
