摘要
目的观察核心稳定性训练联合神经网络重建仪治疗脑梗死偏瘫的效果。方法选取商丘市第一人民医院2018年7月至2021年7月收治的80例脑梗死偏瘫患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受神经网络重建仪联合常规康复治疗,观察组基于对照组加用核心稳定性训练,两组均治疗2个月。比较两组治疗前、治疗2个月时运动功能(Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表)、平衡功能[Berg平衡量表(BBS)]、日常生活活动能力[改良Barthel指数(MBI)量表]及脑神经递质指标[甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)]。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗2个月时BBS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、MBI评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗2个月时NE水平降低,DA、5-HT水平升高;且观察组NE水平低于对照组,DA、5-HT水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论核心稳定性训练与神经网络重建仪联合治疗可调节脑梗死偏瘫患者脑神经递质水平,改善平衡功能,提高运动功能及日常生活活动能力。
Objective To observe the effect of core stability training combined with neural network reconstruction instrument on cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods Eighty patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia in Shangqiu First People’s Hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with neural network reconstruction instrument combined with routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group added core stability training based on the control group,both groups were treated for 2 months.The motor function(Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale),balance function[Berg balance scale(BBS)],activity of daily living[modified Barthel index(MBI)scale]and brain neurotransmitter index[norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)]were compared between the two groups before treatment and two months after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,BBS,Fugl-Meyer and MBI score in the two groups increased after two months treatment,and the observation group scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,NE level decreased,DA and 5-HT levels increased in the two groups after two months of treatment.The NE level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of DA and 5-HT were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of core stability training and neural network reconstruction instrument can adjust the level of brain neurotransmitters in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia,improve balance function,and improve motor function and activities of daily living.
