益气润肺汤联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Yiqi Runfei Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application on Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨益气润肺汤联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月南阳市第一人民医院收治的120例AECOPD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上接受穴位贴敷疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上接受益气润肺汤联合穴位敷贴治疗。比较两组治疗1个疗程的临床效果;比较两组治疗前、治疗1个疗程时的肺功能参数、血气分析指标;比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个疗程,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1个疗程,两组AECOPD患者的肺功能参数水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1个疗程,观察组AECOPD患者的PaO_(2)和SaO_(2)水平高于对照组,PaCO_(2)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组AECOPD患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论益气润肺汤联合穴位贴敷可改善AECOPD患者肺通气功能和血气分析指标,能有效缓解症状,临床效果良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Runfei decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods There were 120 AECOPD patients admitted to the Nanyang First People’s Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 patients in each group.The control group received acupoint application therapy on the basis of conventional treatment,while the observation group received Yiqi Runfei decoction combined with acupoint application therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of two groups were compared after one course of treatment.The pulmonary function parameters and blood gas analysis indexes were compared between the two groups before and after one course of treatment.The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After one course of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After one course of treatment,the levels of pulmonary function parameters of AECOPD patients in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After one course of treatment,the PaO_(2) and SaO_(2) levels of AECOPD patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the PaCO_(2) levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,both groups of AECOPD patients had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Yiqi Runfei decoction combined with acupoint application can improve the pulmonary ventilation function and blood gas analysis indexes of AECOPD patients,effectively relieve symptoms,and have good clinical effects.
