Effects of Warmth Intervention Strategies Under Cognitive-behavioral Theory on Children with Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection and Their Families

摘要 目的观察认知行为理论下温情干预策略对急性上呼吸道感染患儿及其家属的影响。方法选取郑州市第二人民医院2020年1—12月80例急性上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,以入院顺序分为两组,对照组(40例)接受常规护理,观察组(40例)在常规护理基础上接受认知行为理论下温情干预策略。比较两组患儿依从性、患儿恢复效果、家属心理焦虑程度[广泛焦虑性量表(GAD-7)]、家属疾病认知度。结果观察组患儿依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、鼻塞流涕消失时间、痊愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组GAD-7评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属疾病认知度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性上呼吸道感染患儿采用认知行为理论下温情干预后,不仅能加快患儿康复,提升患儿依从性,还能减轻家属心理焦虑程度,增强家属疾病认知。 Objective To observe the effect of warmth intervention strategy under cognitive behavioral theory on children with acute upper respiratory tract infection and their families.Methods Eighty cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection in Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the order of admission.Control group(40 cases)received conventional care,and observation group(40 cases)received warmth intervention strategy under cognitive behavioral theory on the basis of conventional care.The two groups were compared in terms of compliance,recovery effect,psychological anxiety of family members[generalized anxiety disorder-7(GAD-7)]and disease awareness of family members.Results The compliance rate of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time to fever reduction,cough disappearance,nasal congestion and runny nose disappearance and healing time were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The GAD-7 score was lower in the observation group than that in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The family members’disease awareness was higher in the observation group than that in the control group.The disease awareness of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After the adoption of warmth intervention under cognitive-behavioral theory for children with acute upper respiratory tract infection,it not only accelerate the recovery of the children and improved their compliance,but also reduce the degree of psychological anxiety and enhance the disease cognition of the families.
