Multi-objective Optimization Strategy of Enterprise Supply Chain Risk Control under “Dual Circulation” Strategy

我国“双循环”战略下国际化企业供应链需要同时在两大不同规则市场中运营,企业供应链呈现多目标的管理现状,外循环需要按照国际规则运营,内循环则据国内市场规则运作。兼顾内外市场的双循环供应链的风险控制需要采取多目标优化管理策略。企业面临多目标风险控制管理问题,所以“双循环”亟须研究企业供应链的多目标优化策略方法。本文试图研究“双循环”下企业双循环供应链的风险来源与识别,明晰双循环中企业供应链的管理目标,建立多目标优化模型,验证模型运用的可行性和可靠性,并为企业双循环供应链风险控制提供多目标优化方法和策略。

China’s international supply chain management of enterprises under the “Dual Circulation” strategy is faced with two different market rules, and the enterprise supply chain presents a multi-objective management status. The outer cycle needs to operate according to international rules, while the inner cycle can operate according to domestic market rules. The risk control of the internal and external cycle of the supply chain needs to adopt multi-objective optimal management strategy. Enterprises are faced with the problem of multi-objective risk control and management, so “double circulation” urgently needs to study the multi-objective optimization strategy of enterprise supply chain. Study the risk source and identification of enterprise’s double-cycle supply chain under “Dual Circulation”, clarify the management objectives of enterprise’s dual circulation supply chain, establish a multi-objective optimization model, and verify the feasibility and reliability of the model. Finally, it provides multi-objective optimization methods and strategies for the risk control of enterprise dual circulation supply chain.
