摘要
在基于激光三角法的火炮身管内径测量系统设计中,通过定心算法和数学关系式推导得到的被测身管截面圆心位置和内径。但实际测试过程中,发现测量结果存在定心不准、精度不足,特征缺失的问题。针对该情况,采用一种中位值滤波53H算法对采样点的粗大误差数据进行剔除处理,采用三次样条插值法对数据量进行扩充,提高了数据精度,保留了特征情况。实验表明,优化后的系统具有测量稳定性强、定心准确、内表面特征还原程度高等特点,满足实际应用需求。
In the design of the artillery barrel inner diameter measurement system based on laser triangulation, the center position and inner diameter of the measured barrel section are deduced by centering algorithm and mathematical relations. However, during the actual test, it is found that the measurement results has problems such as inaccurate centering, insufficient accuracy, and feature missing. In response to this situation, a median filter 53 H algorithm is used to eliminate the coarse error data of the sampling points and the cubic spline interpolation method is used to expand the data volume, which improves the data accuracy and retains the characteristics. Experimental results show that the optimized system has the characteristics of strong measurement stability, accurate centering, and high degree of restoration of internal surface features, which can meet the needs of practical applications.
