摘要 传统设备使用管理所采用的人工纸质登记方式已无法适应设备数量巨大、电子信息管控技术飞速发展的今天,如何实现设备的远程追踪管控成为当下的研究热点。为此,分析了射频识别技术(RFID)的基本工作原理,建立了基于RFID的设备定位管理系统。首先,对系统的总体技术方案进行定型,详细阐述了系统微控制器、射频收发模块等重要硬件电路以及通信协议、读写器和标签以及其他软件设计方案的选型要求;接着,应用LANDMARC算法获取稳定可靠的接收信号,以对标签位置进行准确定位;最后,在实际应用环境下,对基于RFID的设备定位技术进行最大通信距离、灵敏度以及定位精度测试。实验结果表明:所提出的设备定位管理方法能够在一定的空间范围内对设备实现较高精度的定位管控,对实际工程应用具有较强的指导意义。 The manual paper registration method used in the traditional equipment use management has been unable to adapt to the current huge number of equipment and the rapid development of electronic information control technology. How to realize remote tracking control of equipment has become the current research hotspot. Therefore, the basic working principle of RFID technology is analyzed, and the equipment location management system based on RFID is established. First of all, the overall technical scheme of the system is finalized, and the selection requirements of the system microcontroller, RF transceiver module and other important hardware circuits, as well as the selection of communication protocol, reader and tag and other software design schemes are described in detail. Then, the LANDMARC algorithm is used to obtain the stable and reliable received signal, so as to accurately locate the label position. Finally, in the practical application environment, the maximum communication distance, sensitivity and positioning accuracy of RFID based equipment positioning technology are tested. The experimental results show that the equipment positioning management method proposed can achieve high-precision positioning control of equipment in a certain range of space, which has a strong guiding significance for practical engineering applications.
