基因组学诞生于20世纪末的人类基因组计划,内容涉及广泛。基因组测序与解读是基因组学的重要内容,对认识整个生命科学具有重要意义。随着测序技术的快速发展,基因组学在生物学研究领域的重要性日益凸显。为了使高等农业院校的学生及时接触生命科学研究的最前沿、培养生命科学研究的思维与创新能力,该文依据基因组学的课程特点,从教学内容和教学方法两个方面进行探讨和总结,为提高基因组学的教学质量、加强基因组学课程建设提供依据。

Born in the human genome project at the end of the 20th century,genomics covers a wide range of topics.As an important part of genomics,genome sequencing and interpretation is of great significance to understanding the entire life sciences.With the rapid development of sequencing technology,the importance of genomics in the field of biological research has become increasingly prominent.In order to make the students of agricultural colleges and universities contact the forefront of life science research in time and cultivate their thinking and innovation ability of life science research,according to the characteristics of genomics courses,the two aspects of teaching content and teaching methods are discussed and summarized,in order to provide the basis for improveing the teaching quality of genomics,and strengthening the curriculum construction of genomics.
