Theoretical Origin,Development and Practical Direction of Labor Education since the Founding of PRC

我国的劳动教育事业以马克思主义经典作家关于劳动及劳动教育的思想观点为理论来源,结合中国具体实际而不断深入发展,在此期间,劳动教育经历了从侧重物质生产、强化劳动技能逐渐向关注劳动主体及权益、提升劳动者劳动素养的转变。新时代党和国家对劳动教育事业的高度关切与大力支持,既彰显出劳动和劳动教育的重要地位和现实价值,以及对推进中国特色社会主义事业纵深发展的重大作用,又进一步丰富和发展了新时代劳动教育的内容,为加强新时代学生的劳动教育提供了新的理论指导与行动指南。新时代中国劳动教育事业的纵深发展应正确把握知情意行四个维度,加强对学生的劳动认知教育、劳动情感教育、劳动意志教育、劳动实践教育,以提升学生的综合劳动素养,从而促进学生的全面发展。

Labor education in our country was theorized by the ideas about labor and labor education from classical writers of Marxism and developed closely adhering to Chinese facts. During this progress,labor education has shifted from focusing on material production and strengthening labor skills to focusing on laborers and their rights and interests and improving the labor quality of laborers. The party and government show high concern and strong support to education in the new era. It not only demonstrates the important status and practical value of labor and labor education, as well as its important role in promoting the in-depth development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also further enriches and develops the contents of labor education,which provides new theoretical and practical guidance for strengthening the labor education of students in the new era. China’s labor education in the new era should be developed according to cognition, emotion,will and behavior specifically by strengthening students’ cognition education of labor,emotion education of labor,will education of labor,and practice education of labor,so as to improve their comprehensive labor quality and promote comprehensive development of them.
