摘要 城乡义务教育学校共同体的建设对于促进城乡义务教育“一体化”和“优质均衡”发展,对于振兴乡村教育进而推动乡村振兴实现,对于加快农村教育现代化及推进全国教育现代化,都具有十分重要的价值。构建城乡义务教育学校共同体,重点是要打造教师资源城乡共享联合体、教学研究城乡交流分享体和学校文化城乡互鉴融通体。在建设过程中,可考虑以“双向共享”推进教师优质资源的合理配置,以“对话沟通”搭建城乡教育研究平台,以“文化互融”促进城乡义务教育学校共同体深度合作。 The construction of urban and rural compulsory education school communities is of great value to the promotion of the “integrated”and “high-quality and balanced”development of urban and rural compulsory education, the revitalizationof rural education to promote the rural revitalization, and the acceleration of the modernization of rural education andnational education. To build school communities of urban and rural compulsory education,the focus is to builda platform for sharing teacher resources between urban and rural areas,a platform for exchanging and sharing teaching researches between urban and rural areas,and a platform for exchanging and integrating school cultures between urban and rural areas. In the process of construction,the following strategies can be adopted:promoting the rational allocation of high-quality teacher resources with“two-way sharing”;building an urban-rural educational research platform with “dialogue and communication”;andpromoting the in-depth cooperation between urban and rural school communities of compulsory education with“cultural integration”.
