农民教育如何参与乡村振兴——基于农民学习驱动机理和发展困境的现状研究 被引量:3

How Does Farmer Education Participate in Rural Revitalization——A Study on the Current Situation Based on Farmers’Driving Mechanism and Development Dilemma

摘要 乡村振兴战略是党和国家践行中国特色乡村发展道路的重要举措,为农民教育的创新发展提供了新的机遇和挑战。近年来,我国农民教育推动农业农村发展成效显著,但仍面临诸多困境:农民教育组织规划力度不够,师资建设规模不均,课程设计单一化,保障不够健全。深化农民教育参与乡村振兴的力度,要从多方面加强管理:坚持统筹规划,提升农民教育服务建设绩效;振兴组织建设,拟定乡镇成人学校教师准入标准;丰富办学内容,探索多元化农民教育治理路径;加强内外管理,建立多方资源整合筹措机制。 Rural revitalization strategy is an important measure for the Party and the country to practice the rural development path with Chinese characteristics,which provides new opportunities and challenges for the innovative development of farmer education.In recent years,a lot of progress has been made in farmer education promoting the rural development in China,but there still exist many difficulties:the insufficiency in the planning and organization of farmer education,the imbalance in the staff building,the singularity of curriculum design,and the inadequacy of guarantee.To deepen the farmer education participating in rural revitalization,it is necessary to strengthen the management from the following aspects:adhering to the overall planning and improving the performance of farmer education service construction;revitalizing the organization construction and drawing up the access standards for teachers in township schools;enriching the contents of school running and exploring the paths of diversified farmer education governance;and strengthening the internal and external management and establishing a multi-resource integration and financing mechanism.
