推动思想政治理论课高质量发展是实施科教兴国战略的必然要求。学校思想政治理论课建设要适应新时代新征程的新要求,坚持党的十八大以来思想政治理论课建设的基本经验,准确把握思想政治理论课的本质,在把道理讲深、讲透、讲活上下大功夫、硬功夫,在提升教师队伍核心素养和教研能力上下大功夫、硬功夫,全面推进思想政治理论课教材体系、教学体系、教师队伍建设、学科支撑体系的创新发展,加快构建新时代思想政治理论课建设的大格局,更好地服务于用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想铸魂育人。

Promoting the high-quality development of ideological and political theory course is a mandatory prerequisite to implement the strategy for invigorating China through science and education.The development of ideological and political theory course should adapt according to the emerging demands of the new era and new journey,uphold to assimilate fundamental experience from the development of ideological and political theory course since the 18th CPC National Congress,and closely adhere to the nature of ideological and political theory course.Extensive and substantial efforts are required to thoroughly and flexibly convey the essence of ideological and political theory course as well as to improve the core literacies and capabilities of relevant tutors.Such efforts comprehensively drive the innovative development of ideological and political theory course’s teaching materials,curriculum system,tutor teams and subject supporting framework,which combined to construct the broad pattern of ideological and political theory course’s development in an accelerated manner,and cultivate people with Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
