摘要
针对含光伏(photovoltaic,PV)、储能系统(energy storage system,ESS)、电动汽车(electric vehicles,EV)分布式资源的智能商业楼宇,利用信息和能量的双向流动性,提出了一种由楼宇集群商协调的商业楼宇间能量共享的优化调度策略,并根据每个利益主体对整个系统的贡献不同设计了一种合理的利益分配机制。首先,考虑到楼宇附近电动汽车用户的非理性心理,利用行为经济学对非理性电动汽车用户参与需求响应的心理进行建模;其次,计及集群商与商业楼宇不同逐利特性,利用纳什谈判理论建立楼宇–集群商联盟效益最大化模型并利用交替方向乘子法对模型求解;再根据每个主体的议价能力不同而提出一种非对称纳什谈判方法实现了联盟利益的公平合理分配。最后算例证明,所提方法可以实现楼宇–集群运营商联盟效益最大化的同时,可根据楼宇对联盟的贡献进行利益的公平分配。
Aiming at the smart commercial buildings containing distributed resources of photovoltaics(PV), energy storage systems(ESS), and electric vehicles(EV), an optimal scheduling strategy for energy sharing among the commercial buildings coordinated by the building clusters is proposed using the bidirectional mobility of information and energy. Then, taking into account the different stakeholders’ contributions to the overall system, an acceptable benefit distribution mechanism is designed. To begin with, the behavioral economics is used to characterize the psychology of the illogical electric vehicle users who participate in the demand & response, taking their irrational behavior near the buildings into account. Secondly, considering the distinct profit-seeking characteristics of the building integrators and the commercial buildings, the Nash bargaining theory is used to establish a Building-Integrator business alliance benefit maximization model and solve it by using the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM). Then, an asymmetric Nash bargaining strategy is proposed to establish a fair and appropriate allocation of the alliance benefits, taking into account each subject’s bargaining capacity. Finally, the simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method is capable of optimizing the benefits of the building-integrator partnership and distributing them proportionately to the building’s contributions to the alliance.
