拉伸温度和应变速率对MPU/PA12 TPV力学性能及聚集态结构的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用动态硫化法制备了混炼型聚氨酯橡胶(MPU)/聚十二内酰胺(PA12)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),并对其不同外部加载条件进行测试研究。结果表明,随着拉伸温度的升高,MPU/PA12 TPV的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均有所下降,G′下降明显,断面易产生错位滑移,塑性提升;随着应变速率的加快,TPV的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均升高。对拉伸后的试样工作区域进行XRD扫描发现,应变速率增大,TPV的连续相PA12晶格破坏严重,晶距略有增大,结晶度略有下降。 The millable polyurethane rubber(MPU)/polydodecanamide(PA12)thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)was prepared by dynamic vulcanization and tested and studied under different external loading conditions.The results showed that with the increase of tensile temperature,the tensile strength and the elongation at break of MPU/PA12 TPV decreased,G′decreased significantly,the fracture surface was prone to misalignment slip,and the plasticity increased.With the increase of strain rate,the tensile strength and the elongation at break of TPV increased.XRD scanning of the working area of the sample after stretching showed that the strain rate increased,and the continuous phase PA12 lattice of the TPV was seriously damaged,the lattice spacing increased slightly,and the crystallinity decreased slightly.
