摘要
采用苏打压煮浸出工艺处理河南某白钨矿,为了使浸出渣中钨含量从原有的4%降至0.5%以下,探究了焙烧时间、碳酸钠浓度、压浸时间和搅拌速度对白钨矿浸出渣中钨损失率的影响。结果表明:在焙烧时间40 min、碳酸钠浓度160 g/L、压浸时间120 min、搅拌速度300 r/min、压浸温度205℃、液固比5∶1条件下,浸出渣中钨含量低于0.15%,基本实现了浸出渣中钨损失率的最小化,可为企业生产提供一定的参考价值。
A scheelite ore in Henan was processed by soda pressure boiling leaching.In order to reduce the tungsten content in the leaching residue from original 4%to less than 0.5%,the effects of roasting time,sodium carbonate concentration,pressure leaching time and stirring speed on the loss rate of tungsten in the scheelite leaching residue were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of 40 min roasting time,160 g/L sodium carbonate concentration,120 min pressure leaching time,300 r/min stirring speed,205℃pressure leaching temperature and 5∶1 liquid-solid ratio,the tungsten content in the leaching residue is less than 0.15%,which basically minimizes the loss rate of tungsten in the leaching residue and can provide a valuable reference for the production of enterprises.
