摘要
采用扫描电镜和能谱仪对高钙钒渣焙烧阶段关键生成物相的粒径、形貌及微区成分变化特征进行了分析,研究了保温时间变化对钒渣焙烧产物的影响规律。结果表明:随着保温时间的延长,氧化铁、铁板钛矿晶体粒径逐渐增大;氧化铁由规则粒状晶体逐步向不规则条状或串珠状连晶转变,铁板钛矿由板状单晶逐步向不规则连晶转变,钒酸钙锰由分散状逐步转向局部聚集。随着保温时长的增加,氧化铁、铁板钛矿微区成分总体变化较小,钒酸钙锰由以钒酸钙为主的混合相逐渐向纯度较高的钒酸钙转变。
The variation characteristics of particle size,morphology and micro-area composition of the key products of high-calcium vanadium slag in roasting stage were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer.And the influence of heat preservation time on the roasting products of vanadium slag was studied.The results show that with the intension of heat preservation time,the particle size of iron oxide and pseudobrookite gradually increases;iron oxide gradually changes from regular granular crystal to irregular strip or bead-like crystal stock;pseudobrookite gradually changes from plate-like single crystal to irregular crystal stock;calcium-manganese vanadate gradually changes from dispergated form to locally aggregated form.As the heat preservation time increases,the overall change of the micro-area composition of iron oxide and pseudobrookite is relatively small,and calcium-manganese vanadate gradually changes from a mixed phase dominated by calcium vanadate to calcium vanadate with relatively high purity.
