摘要
亲职教育有助于提高父母教养子女的素质与能力,推进家庭教育规范化与现代化。现阶段,缺乏专业型教师已成为制约亲职教育有效发展的主要瓶颈,师范院校承担起亲职教育师资培养的重任对师范生、非师范类教师和社会发展有着深远的价值。结合社会需要和教师职前教育现状,从培养目标、课程建设、教学实践、资源共享、教师队伍和评价机制六个方面,提出师范院校亲职教育师资培养的实践路径。
Parental education is helpful to improve the quality and ability of parents to raise their children and promote the standardization and modernization of family education.At present,the lack of professional teachers has become the main bottleneck restricting the effective development of parent education.Normal colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of cultivating teachers for parent education.It is of profound value for normal students,ordinary teachers and social development.Combined with the needs of real life and the present situation of teacher pre-service education,this paper puts forward the practical path of teacher training for parent education in normal universities from six aspects:training objectives,curriculum construction,teaching practice,resource sharing,teacher team and evaluation mechanism.
