中高职衔接学前教育专业学生职业认同的困境及提升策略 被引量:2

摘要 中高职衔接学前教育专业学生是幼儿教师队伍中的重要预备军,其职业认同水平影响着我国学前教育事业的发展。基于对C市某师范高校66名学生的调查发现,他们在职业认识、职业能力、职业压力、职业发展等方面均存在认同困境,来自于社会、组织、个人方面的束缚和限制等成为影响学生职业认同的重要因素。要突破学生职业认同的困境,需要增强学前教育的使命感,确立个人成就动机;重视职业兴趣指引与规划,提高学生教学实践能力;完善学前教育政策,提高幼儿教师地位与价值。 Students majoring in preschool education in the transition between secondary and higher vocational education are an important reserve force among preschool teachers,and their professional identity level affects the development of preschool education in the country.Based on a survey of 66 students in a normal college in City C,it was found that they all had occupational identity dilemmas in terms of occupational concept,occupational quality,occupational demands,occupational rewards,etc.,while social,organizational and personal constraints and restrictions had become an important factors which influenced their professional identity.To break through the predicament of students professional identity,it is necessary to strengthen the sense of mission of preschool education and establish personal achievement motivation;attach importance to the guidance and planning of career interests and improve students teaching practice ability;improve preschool education teacher policies and enhance the status and value of preschool teachers.
