基于线上线下校企协同育人的高职课堂革命策略

Strategy of Higher Vocational Classroom Revolution based on Online and Offline School Enterprise Collaborative Education

随着我国建筑行业及企业产业化的转型升级,行业企业对高职院校毕业生的综合能力和快速适应岗位能力的要求日益提高,这也对当前高职教育课堂教学提出新要求与新挑战。为适应行业企业人才需求的变化,不断提升职业教育的质量、提升课堂育人效果、增强课堂教授内容的实用性和与行业接轨的契合度,校企协同育人走进课堂革命已然成为一种重要的教学改革实施手段。以研究高职“建筑装饰材料识别与选购”课程课堂革命的实践创新为契机,剖析当前校企协同育人存在的问题。通过线上线下的教学模式,实践研究校企资源平台的建设、校企“三段式”教学的融入、校企虚拟仿真实训课堂的应用、师资互培及资格证书考核等策略方法,来推动高职校企协同育人课堂革命的实施,使学生能够成为适应市场发展、适应企业需求的高素质技能型人才。

With the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and the industrialization of enterprises in our country,the requirements of industrial enterprises on the comprehensive ability and the ability to quickly adapt to the post of vocational college graduates are increasing.It also puts forward new requirements and challenges to the current higher vocational education classroom.In order to adapt to the changes in the demand for talents in the industry,and in order to continuously improve the quality of vocational education,enhance the effectiveness of classroom education,improve the practicality of classroom teaching content and the high degree of conformity with the industry,it is an important means to carry out teaching reform that schools and enterprises cooperate to educate people and enter classroom revolution.In this paper,by studying the practice and innovation of the classroom revolution of the course“Identification and purchase of architectural decoration materials”in higher vocational colleges,the existing problems of school-enterprise cooperation in educating people are analyzed.Through online and offline teaching mode,the paper researches strategic approach on the construction of resource platform of school and enterprise,the integration of“Three-stage”teaching,the application of virtual simulation training class,the mutual support of teachers and the examination of qualification certificate,etc.,to promote the implementation of“Classroom revolution”in cooperation between higher vocational schools and enterprises,so as to cultivate high-quality skilled talents to meet the needs of social industries.
