以食育为抓手促进幼儿劳动素养提升的实践研究 被引量:2

摘要 幼儿劳动素养包括劳动价值观、劳动精神、劳动思维、劳动能力、劳动习惯等多个维度,对幼儿进行劳动素养的培育将成为其一生的宝贵财富。食育与劳动教育存在教育目标的一致性、教育内容的融合性、教育价值的契合性。以食育为抓手,在食物培植活动、食物烹饪活动、食物享用环节对幼儿进行系统、连续的劳动教育,不仅有助于劳动教育渗入幼儿一日生活,而且有助于实现劳动教育综合育人的价值。 Children s labor literacy includes labor values,labor spirit,labor thinking,labor ability,labor habits and other dimensions,and the cultivation of children s labor literacy will become a precious wealth of their life.Food education and labor education have the consistency of educational goal,the integration of educational content and the agreement of educational value.Taking food education as the starting point,systematic and continuous labor education is carried out on children in the links of food cultivation,food cooking and food enjoyment,which not only helps labor education penetrate into children s daily life,but also helps to realize the value of comprehensive labor education.
