肾胺酶在心血管系统中的作用

摘要 肾胺酶是一种能够代谢儿茶酚胺、降低血压、保护组织免受缺血和毒性损伤的单胺氧化酶,对维持心血管系统的稳定起重要作用。本文简述了肾胺酶在心血管系统中的研究现状,重点概述其在多种心血管疾病发生发展中的作用,为心血管疾病的预防和治疗提供新思路与见解。 Renalase is a monoamine oxidase that can metabolize catecholamines, lower blood pressure,protect tissues from ischemia and toxic damage. It plays an important role in maintaining the stability of the cardiovascular system. This paper summarizes the research status of renalase in the cardiovascular system,especially about its role in the occurrence and development of various cardiovascular diseases, and provides new ideas and insights for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
