中医药治疗老年类风湿关节炎研究进展

Research Progress of the Treatment of Elderly Rheumatoid Arthritis with TCM

中医药治疗老年类风湿关节炎临床多采用单味中药、中药汤剂、中药膏方、中成药等中医内治法和中药熏洗、中药封包、中药外敷、针刺、灸法、推拿等中医外治法,具有操作简单,不良反应小,安全性高等优势,且可有利于兼顾多种并发症。目前,研究仍存在以下不足:①老年类风湿关节炎的辨证分型标准尚未统一;②大多数老年类风湿关节炎的研究以临床观察为主,缺乏实验研究;③临床观察缺乏远期的疗效追踪,对中医药疗法的长期疗效及不良反应尚未明确。今后,需进一步发挥中医特色,确立完整统一的辨证分型标准,设计多中心、大样本的临床随机对照试验,延长随访时间。

TCM is often used to treat elderly rheumatoid arthritis(RA).In clinical practice,TCM internal treatment methods such as single Chinese medicinal,Chinese medicinal decoction,Chinese medicinal ointment,Chinese patent medicine,and external treatment methods such as Chinese medicinal fumigation and washing,Chinese medicinal package,Chinese medicinal external application,acupuncture,moxibustion,and massage,etc.have the advantages of simple operation,small adverse reactions,high safety,and can be conducive to taking into account a variety of complications.However,at present,there are still the following weak points:(1)The criteria for syndrome differentiation and classification of elderly RA have not been unified.(2)Most researches on elderly RA focus on clinical observation and lack of experimental studies.(3)Clinical observation lacks long-term efficacy follow-up,and the long-term efficacy and side effects of TCM therapy are not clear.In the future,it is necessary to further develop the characteristics of TCM,establish a complete and unified standard for syndrome differentiation and classification,design multi-center,large sample clinical randomized controlled trials,and extend the follow-up time.
