中医药治疗早发性卵巢功能不全研究述评

A Review of Studies on the Treatment of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency with TCM

中医药治疗早发性卵巢功能不全主要采用中医内治法和中医外治法。其中,中医内治法包括辨证论治、周期疗法、中成药治疗、中西医结合治疗等;中医外治法主要包括针灸以及针药结合、灸法联合西药、中药联合穴位埋线、针刺联合西药、穴位埋线联合激素治疗等联合疗法,可改善患者卵巢功能,提高其生存质量。目前,中医药防治早发性卵巢功能不全的临床试验多种多样,但由于人体存在差异性及复杂性,故治疗的临床效果尚不统一,缺少多中心大样本、思路严谨的临床试验或中医临床指南。今后,应长期进行数据收集,加强病例注册登记,规范中医药防治早发性卵巢功能不全的临床诊疗思路。

TCM treatments of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)mainly adopt TCM internal treatments and TCM external treatments.Among them,TCM internal treatments include syndrome differentiation and treatment,periodic treatment,Chinese patent medicine treatment,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,etc.External treatments of TCM mainly include acupuncture and moxibustion,combination of acupuncture and medicine,moxibustion combined with Western medicine,Chinese medicinal combined with catgut embedment in acupoint,acupuncture combined with Western medicine,catgut embedment in acupoint combined with hormone therapy,etc.,which can improve the ovarian function of patients and improve their quality of life.At present,there are various clinical trials of TCM for the prevention and treatment of POI.However,due to human differences and complexity,the clinical effect of treatment is not uniform,and there is a lack of further clinical trials or clinical guidelines of TCM with large multi-center samples and rigorous thinking.In the future,it is necessary to collect data for a long time,strengthen case registration,and standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of POI with TCM.
