摘要
检定紫外-可见分光光度计波长示值误差及重复性,标准器的选择要遵循三分之一原则,即计量标准器的不确定度至少小于被检计量器具最大允许误差的三分之一,同时兼顾方便易用原则。Ⅰ级分光光度计的检定必须选用汞灯或氧化钬溶液标准物质,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级分光光度计的检定推荐选用滤光片标准物质。
To verify the wavelength indication error and repeatability of the UV-Vis spectrophotometer, the selection of the standard instrument should follow the one-third principle, that is, the uncertainty of the standard meter is at least one-third less than the maximum allowable error of the measured instrument, and the principle of convenience and appropriateness should be taken into account.The verification of Class Ⅰ spectrophotometer must be made of mercury lamp or holmium oxide solution standard material, and the standard material of filter is recommended for the verification of Class Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ spectrophotometers.
