基于光栅尺技术钢直尺标准装置的研制与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对传统钢直尺计量检定效率低、准确度不高等问题,在影像式线纹测量仪的基础上,研制了新一代SJ2810影像式钢直尺全自动标准装置,采用高精度光栅结合机械视觉技术实现了全自动钢直尺检定。该研究着重阐述光栅尺测量原理及准确定位的实现,同时利用高精度玻璃线纹尺对光栅及导轨所产生的误差进行标定,结果显示标准装置最大误差为15.8μm(不大于30μm),说明该标准装置能够满足钢直尺示值误差检定所需的标准设备计量性能要求。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and low accuracy of traditional steel ruler calibration, a new generation SJ2810 image steel ruler automatic standard device was developed on the basis of image line pattern measuring instrument. The automatic steel ruler calibration was realized by using high-precision grating combined with mechanical vision technology. The study mainly focuses on grating measurement principle and the realization of accurate positioning, and at the same time the error caused by grating and guide rail is calibrated by high-precision glass line scale.The results show that the maximum error of the standard device is 15.8 microns(no more than 30 microns),which indicates that the standard device can meet the measurement performance requirements of the standard equipment for the error measurement of the steel ruler.
