基于摩擦纳米发电机的传感供能一体化雨量传感器研究

摘要 降雨量是灾害预警及科学研究的重要监测参数。本文基于摩擦纳米发电机研制了一种具有自供电功能的雨量传感器,能够实现雨滴下落过程中的水滴能向电能的转换,并根据计量翻斗翻转时所产生的摩擦电信号实现降雨量的表征。圆周阵列分布的TENG-1能量转换组件具有较快的充电效率。与商用雨量计的测量对比实验表明,其降雨测量范围为(0.1~3.0)mm/min,分辨率为0.6mm,测量误差<5%。雨量传感器的设计能够在无须外接电源的情况下,为低功耗数据采集与传输模块供电,具有分布式环境监测的应用前景。 Rainfall is an important monitoring parameter for disaster warning and scientific research.In this paper, a self-powered rainfall sensor is produced based on the triboelectric nanogenerator, which can convert the energy of water droplets into electrical energy in the process of raindrop falling, and can characterize rainfall according to the friction electrical signals generated when measuring the tipping bucket.The circular array distributed TENG-1 energy conversion module has high charging efficiency.Compared with the measurement of commercial rain gauge, the rainfall measurement range is(0.1~3.0)mm/min, the resolution is 0.6 mm, and the measurement error is less than 5%.The design of the rainfall sensor could supply power to the low-power data acquisition and transmission module without external power supply, and has the application prospect of distributed environment monitoring.
