铝合金电池包壳体结构设计

摘要 电池包壳体轻量化对于提升电池包能量密度有着重大意义。研究了以铝合金型材为主体结构的电池包壳体,对铝合金型材断面、搅拌摩擦焊接接头、连接工艺等方面进行了分析研究,并在成本、工艺性等方面进行综合比较,通过CAE对设计方案进行分析验证。合理的结构设计和连接方式可以有效地保证壳体整体强度,降低加工难度,使壳体减重,为电池包壳体的轻量化设计提供参考。 The lightweight of the battery case is of great significance for improving the energy density of the battery pack. Taking the aluminum alloy profile as the main structure of the battery case as the research object, the cross-section of the aluminum alloy profile,the friction stir welding joint, the connection process and other aspects are studied, and the cost, the process and other aspects are comprehensively compared, and the design scheme is analyzed and verified by CAE. Reasonable structure design and connection mode can effectively ensure the overall strength of the case, reduce the processing difficulty, reduce the weight of the case, and provide reference for the lightweight design of battery case.
