摘要
适当调整型材断面尺寸或部分结构(或改变模具制作类型)可解决挤压过程中金属流动分配不均造成的壁厚不均、模具通过量低、生产尺寸不稳定和用户使用满意度差等问题。通过铝型材断面形状的优化,可以优化模具并降低模具制作周期和难度,保证在全生命周期内模具状态的稳定,大大提高模具的使用寿命。可以将此方法推广应用于大悬臂型材以及壁厚差大的型材的优化。
The problems of uneven wall thickness, low pass volume, unstable production size and poor user satisfaction caused by uneven distribution of metal flow in extrusion process can be solved by adjusting section size or part structure of profiles properly(or changing mold production type). Through the optimization of the shape of the aluminum profile section, it can optimize the mold making and mold making cycle and the difficulty of mold making, ensure the stability of the mold state in the whole life cycle, and greatly improve the service life of the mold. This method can be applied to the optimization of large cantilever profiles and profiles with large wall thickness difference.
