摘要
对半连续(深井)爆炸的机理进行了分析与讨论,揭示了半连续(深井)铸造熔融铝遇水爆炸最主要是化学爆炸,其次才是物理爆炸。防范半连续(深井)熔融铝遇水爆炸最有效的措施是阻断熔融铝下泄进入铸井,“五点联动”是最关键的防范措施。
The mechanism of semi-continuous(deep well) explosion is analyzed and discussed. It is revealed that the main explosion of semi-continuous(deep well) casting molten aluminum in water is chemical explosion, followed by physical explosion. The most effective measure to prevent water explosion of semi-continuous(deep well) molten aluminum is to stop the molten aluminum from leaking into the casting well, and "five-point linkage" is the most critical preventive measure.
