摘要
介绍房间之间空气声隔声、外墙构件空气声隔声和楼板撞击声隔声的检测仪器和检测方法,将10个项目的隔声量现场检测值与设计值进行对比分析,得出隔声现场检测值与设计值的相关性及原因,分析现场检测中影响绿色建筑隔声性能的关键问题。结果表明:外窗空气声隔声检测值与设计值的相关性最小,墙体线盒的布置、外窗与窗洞之间的封堵、混响时间以及环境噪声均会影响绿色建筑隔声性能。
The paper introduces the testing instruments and methods of airborne sound insulation between rooms, airborne sound insulation of exterior wall components and floor impact sound insulation. The on-site test results of 10 projects were compared with the design values, and the correlation and reasons of the sound insulation on-site test results and the design values were obtained. The key issues affecting the sound insulation performance of green buildings in on-site testing are analyzed. The results show that the external window airborne sound insulation test results have the least correlation with the design value. The arrangement of the wall box, the sealing between the external window and the window hole, the reverberation time and the environmental noise will all affect the sound insulation performance of green buildings.
