摘要
为了提高菱镁矿重烧竖窑的热性能与能源利用效率,根据现场测试得到的运行数据,对重烧竖窑工作过程进行全面的能量和㶲分析。结果显示:重烧竖窑的能量效率与㶲效率分别为40.2%和32.1%;㶲损失占总㶲输入的42.0%,传热传质引起的㶲损失占总㶲损失的64.7%。重烧竖窑具有很大的节能潜力。根据结果提出3个节能改进措施,有助于提升炉窑安全性,提高竖窑能量效率与㶲效率。
Aiming to improve the thermal performance and energy utilization efficiency of magnesite burning shaft kiln,a comprehensive energy and exergy analysis was carried out according to the actual operating data obtained from the field test. The results show that the energy efficiency and exergy efficiency of magnesite burning shaft kiln were 40.2% and 32.1%, respectively. The exergy loss accounted for 42.0% of the total exergy input, of which the exergy loss caused by heat and mass transfer accounted for 64.7% of the total exergy loss. The magnesite burning shaft kiln has great energy saving potential. The paper also proposes three energy-saving improvement measures to help improve the safety of the furnace and improve the energy efficiency and exergy efficiency of the vertical kiln.
