Survey on Reading Promotion of Public Library Service System in the Greater Bay Area(GBA)

粤港澳大湾区公共图书馆服务体系阅读推广具有先进性,呈现出实践探索先行、协调机制到位、优质资源共享、配套措施呼应等特点,拥有良好的工作机制示范经验。但是部分区域公共图书馆服务体系阅读推广并未完全达到成熟期,究其深层次的原因,与制度的缺失或效用不大有一定关系,整体上看存在制度供给基本缺位、制度供给适用性不强、制度缺乏系统性设计等方面的不足。我国公共图书馆服务体系阅读推广制度内容可以从建立健全协调机制、打造阅读推广共同体、构建立体化宣传新格局、搭建阅读推广人发展平台、建立科学评价机制等方面入手,以更好地实现制度引领高质量发展的战略目标。

Reading promotion of public library service system in GBA is advanced in its practice exploration, coordination, quality resources sharing and supporting, and working mechanism, has good working mechanism demonstration experience. However, the reading promotion of the public library service system in some regions has not reached a mature stage. The deep-seated reason is that the institution is lacking or not effective. On the whole, there are deficiencies in the basic absence of institution supply, weak applicability of institution supply, and lack of systematic design of the institution. Institution content of reading promotion of public library service system in China can be considered from the aspects of establishing a well-developed coordination mechanism, building a reading promotion community, constructing a new advertising pattern, establishing the development platform for reading promoters and a scientific evaluation mechanism, so as to better achieve the strategic goal of high-quality development led by the institution.
