摘要
随着新型城镇化的发展,西藏教育得到极大的提升,但因西藏地域、文化等方面的独特性,在新型城镇化过程中农牧民再教育问题遇到了瓶颈。论文借助问卷分析和实地调查,发现西藏农牧民再教育中存在农牧民文化教育基础差、农牧区生产方式较为单一、农牧民对再教育的认知感较模糊、培训专业设置与地方经济社会发展需求不匹配、教师资源不能适应新时期职业教育的需求、实践教学存在较大困境、相关法律和政策不完善等问题;针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的对策建议。研究以期为西藏地区的新型城镇化与农牧民再教育均衡发展提供参考。
Following the development of new-type urbanization,education in Tibet has been greatly improved.However,the territory,culture and other uniqueness of Tibet has lead to a bottleneck in the re-education of farmers and herdsmen in the process of new-type urbanization.The questionnaire analysis and field investigation find that some issues still exist in the re-ducation,including the poor cultural and education foundation of farmers and herdsmen in Tibet,the single production mode in farming and pastoral areas,vague perception of re-education,the divergence between the professional setting of training and the needs of local economic and social development,the inadaptability of teacher resources to the needs of vocational education in the new era,dilemmas of practice teaching,the imperfection of related laws and policies and so on.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the existing problems.The research results will provide important references for the balanced development of urbanization and education of farmers and herdsmen in Tibet.
