世界和中国的人口老龄化及其原因

Population Aging in the World and China and Its Causes

人口老龄化当前已经成为一个全球现象,应对人口老龄化问题,我们必须打开视野,放眼世界。本文结合联合国及世界卫生组织披露的相关数据,采用“老年人口规模”“老年人口系数”“高龄人口占比”“中位年龄”“总和生育率”和“平均预期寿命”等指标对世界及中国人口老龄化的现状及原因进行了分析和比较。通过分析和比较,本文认为,应对全球人口老龄化问题,要主动应对挑战、重视国际共识、积极面向未来、规划有备安老。

Population aging has become a global phenomenon.To deal with the problem of population aging,we must expand our horizons and have the whole world in view.Based on relevant data disclosed by the United Nations and the World Health Organization,this paper uses indicators such as"the size of the elderly population","the coefficient of the elderly population","the proportion of the elderly population","median age","the total fertility rate"and"the average life expectancy"to analyze and compare the present situations and causes of population aging in the world and those in China.Through analysis and comparison,this paper argues that to tackle the problem of global population aging,we must actively respond to challenges,attach great importance to international consensus,actively plan for the future and for aging well.
