中国高技术产业发展综合评价与区域差异 被引量:2

摘要 构建融合指标重要性的主成分评价法,结合DEA、Dagum基尼系数分解、区位熵等方法,从发展实力与效率出发,对中国高技术产业进行了综合评价与区域差异分析。研究发现:在考察期内,广东、江苏等地的高技术产业综合实力较强,新疆、青海等地的实力则明显不足,江西、安徽等地进步较大,辽宁、天津等地退步明显,区域差异较大,这主要取决于东-中、东-西区域差异,但差异有所下降;我国高技术产业的空间集聚程度较高,但呈下降趋势,广东、江苏等地在发展规模上具有比较优势,北京、天津等地在技术扩散方面具有比较优势;北京、河南等地的TFP较高,黑龙江、陕西等地的TFP较低,山西、湖北等地的TFP增长较快,技术进步是TFP增长的主要源泉。 This paper constructed a principal component evaluation method for the importance of fusion indicators,and combined the methods of DEA,Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition and location entropy to conduct both a comprehensive evaluation and a regional difference analysis of China's high-tech industry from the perspectives of development strength and efficiency.The study found that,during the investigation period,high-tech industries in some regions,like Guangdong and Jiangsu,had a relatively strong comprehensive strength,while that in Xinjiang and Qinghai were obviously not enough.For Jiangxi,Anhui and so on,their high-tech industry have gotten remarkable progress.Oppositely,for Liaoning,Tianjin and so on,high-tech industry there have fallen back significantly.These regional differences were mainly caused by eastern-central differences and estern-western differences,which also have shown a declining trend.China’s high-tech industry had a relatively high level of spatial agglometation with a declining trend.Guangdong and Jiangsu had a comparative advantage in development scale.Beijing and Tianjin had a comparative advantage in technology diffusion.Considering TFP,Beijing and Henan had higher ones,and Heilongjiang and Shaanxi had relatively low ones.Shanxi and Hubei growed fast.Practically,technological progress was the main source of TFP growth.
