制造业集聚对劳动力工资的空间异质性影响

Spatial Heterogeneous Impact of Manufacturing Agglomeration on Labor Wages

明确城市内部制造业集聚的最佳区位是优化城市产业空间布局的关键。基于城市内部视角,采用2008—2013年中国工业企业数据库的微观数据,实证检验了城市内部制造业集聚对劳动力工资的空间异质性影响。结果表明:制造业集聚的外部性在城市空间上具有非线性变化特征;中心区域的制造业集聚对劳动力工资没有显著影响,而中心边缘区域则具有显著负向影响,其他更边缘区域均具有正向影响,且会依其到城市中心区域距离的延长而衰减;城市规模主要影响制造业集聚外部性的作用范围,而城市化水平则主要影响制造业集聚外部性的作用强度。

Clarifying the best location for manufacturing agglomeration within a city is the key to optimizing the spatial layout of urban industries.Based on the angle of urban interior,the paper used the microdata from China Industrial Enterprise Database from 2008 to 2013,and empirically examined the spatial heterogeneous impact of manufacturing agglomeration within a city on labor wages.The results showed that the externality of manufacturing agglomeration had the characteristics of nonlinear variation in the aspect of urban space.The manufacturing agglomeration in central region had no effect on labor wages,while that in central marginal region had a significantly negative effect.Meanwhile,there was a positive effect in other marginal regions,which had a declining trend along with the extension of the distance from these regions to the central.Besides,city scale mainly affected the action range of the externality of manufacturing agglomeration,while urbanization level mainly affected its action intensity.
