数字经济、环境规制与绿色全要素生产率

Digital Economy,Environmental Regulation and Green Total Factor Productivity

基于2013—2019年我国省际面板数据,构建了空间杜宾模型和面板门槛模型,分析了环境规制、数字经济与绿色全要素生产率之间的关系。研究发现:数字经济对提升本省份及其周边省份的绿色全要素生产率都起到了非常关键的作用;环境规制虽然能够提升本省份的绿色全要素生产率水平,但却会抑制周边地区的绿色全要素生产率提升;数字经济与环境规制的交互项对本省份绿色全要素生产率的提升存在显著抑制作用,对周边省份也存在显著抑制性效果;当过于加大环境治理力度时,数字经济对绿色全要素生产率的促进作用会被削弱。

Based on China’s inter-provincial panel data from 2013 to 2019,this paper constructed the spatial Durbin model and the panel threshold model to analyze the relationship among environmental regulation,digital economy and green total factor productivity.The study found that digital economy played a key role in improving the green total factor productivity of the province and surrounding provinces.Although environmental regulation could improve the green total factor productivity of the province,it had an inhibiting effect on the green total factor productivity of surrounding areas.The interaction term of the two also had an inhibitory effect on the improvement of native green total factor productivity,which was stronger in surrounding provinces.Furthermore,excessive environmental governance could weaken the promoting effect of digital economy on green total factor productivity.
